Uploads and analysis records are retained privately for future analysis until you request deletion.

These terms govern your use of AI Fake Scan. The short version: upload only what you may share, understand the limits, and never treat a detector result as proof by itself.
Findings are estimates and source evidence with known gaps, not guarantees of authenticity.
Features, limits and methods may change while evaluation and calibration continue.
Service operator: EasyGlobe. These terms govern the AI Fake Scan service operated by EasyGlobe. References to “we,” “us” and “our” refer to EasyGlobe. Learn more about the operator.
1. Agreement and eligibility
By accessing or using aifakescan.com or the AI Fake Scan service, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
You must be at least 13 years old to use AI Fake Scan. If you are not old enough to enter into a binding agreement where you live, a parent or legal guardian must review and agree to these terms for you. Do not use the service on behalf of an organization unless you are authorized to bind it.
2. What the service does
AI Fake Scan inspects submitted images, videos and supported audio clips for available source, file, visual, temporal and audio evidence associated with AI generation or modification. The report identifies the checks performed, available evidence and known limitations.
The current service is a beta. Passive visual findings remain Inconclusive until our evaluation and calibration work supports stronger probability claims. Some checks may be unavailable for a particular format, file or service state.
3. Your uploads and permission to process them
You retain ownership of media and other content you submit. You represent that you own it or have all permissions needed to upload it for analysis, including any necessary privacy, publicity, copyright or confidentiality permissions.
You grant AI Fake Scan a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, copy, decode, transform and analyze the submitted content to provide the scan, evaluate and improve detection, investigate failures and perform future analysis. Submitted originals and associated analysis records remain in private storage until you request deletion, as explained in our Privacy Policy. A training preference control is not currently available; any future training feature and its choices will be described before introduction. When you choose the available SynthID check, you authorize transfer of the supported original image or audio file to OpenAI for that check. The permission to process retained content ends when the content is deleted, except where a brief technical retry or legal retention obligation applies.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use the service to:
- Upload content you are not authorized to share, or content whose processing would violate law or another person’s rights.
- Exploit, threaten, harass, defame or unlawfully identify a person, or facilitate non-consensual intimate imagery or child sexual abuse material.
- Use a result to impersonate another person or knowingly present an uncertain finding as verified fact.
- Introduce malware, overload the service, bypass limits, probe security controls or interfere with other users.
- Scrape, reverse engineer or extract non-public systems, detection logic or controls, except where applicable law expressly permits it.
- Use automated or high-volume access without our written permission.
We may reject a file, limit access or preserve and report information where reasonably required to address unlawful content, an imminent safety risk or abuse of the service.
5. How you may use a result
A result describes the submitted file and the coverage available at the time of the scan. It may be wrong, incomplete or affected by compression, screenshots, editing, missing credentials, unseen frames, unsupported watermarks or new generation methods.
- “Inconclusive” means the available evidence does not support a reliable binary conclusion.
- “Likely AI”, if available in a future validated mode, remains an estimate or source finding—not proof of authorship, intent or factual falsity.
- “Likely not AI”, if available, means sufficient AI evidence was not found within the tested coverage. It does not prove a scene is real.
Do not use a scan as the sole basis for a high-impact decision about employment, education, housing, credit, insurance, healthcare, legal status, access to essential services or allegations of misconduct. Review original files, source context and qualified human evidence.
6. AI Fake Scan materials
The service, software, visual design, reports, text, trademarks and non-public detection systems are owned by AI Fake Scan or its licensors and are protected by applicable law. These terms give you a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service for its intended purpose; they do not transfer ownership of our technology.
If you send feedback, you permit us to use it without restriction or compensation, provided we do not identify you publicly without permission.
7. Availability, limits and changes
We may add, change, suspend or remove features; set file, duration, usage or geographic limits; and update detection methods as the product develops. We do not promise that the service, a stored report or a particular check will always be available. AI Fake Scan is not a user-facing storage or archival service. Retained originals are used for the analysis purposes in Section 3. Keep your own original copy; we do not promise a file download or backup service.
Third-party and open-source components may be subject to their own terms. Links to outside sites are provided for context and do not make us responsible for their content or practices.
8. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Fake Scan is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement and uninterrupted or error-free operation. We do not warrant that a result is accurate, complete, suitable for a particular decision or capable of detecting every form of AI generation, editing, watermark or synthetic speech.
Nothing in these terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Fake Scan and its suppliers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages; loss of data, revenue, reputation or opportunity; or decisions made from a scan result.
Our total liability arising from the service will not exceed the greater of US$100 or the amount you paid AI Fake Scan for the service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. This limit does not apply where liability cannot legally be limited, including rights that mandatory consumer law preserves.
10. Suspension and ending use
You may stop using the service at any time and may request deletion of retained uploads and analysis records from the result URL while you hold its owner token, including after report access expires. We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect the service, comply with law or respond to a material breach of these terms.
If any term is unenforceable, the remaining terms remain in effect. A delay in enforcement is not a waiver. Mandatory rights and legal protections in your place of residence remain unaffected.
11. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where EasyGlobe is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before starting formal proceedings, you and EasyGlobe agree to make a reasonable effort to resolve the dispute informally by contacting the other party and allowing 30 days for a response.
If the dispute is not resolved, it may be brought before a court with lawful jurisdiction over EasyGlobe and the dispute. If mandatory consumer law gives you the right to use the courts or laws of your place of residence, that right remains unaffected. Nothing in this section requires arbitration or limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
12. Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the service changes. The effective date above shows the current version. If a material change requires additional notice or consent, we will provide it as required before the change applies.
Questions about these terms can be sent to hello@aifakescan.com. For support or security matters, use our contact guide.
